LineageOS also announced that it will follow a six-month cycle for new minor versions from now on, matching Google’s new release cadence for AOSP.

New devices are no longer shipped officially for LineageOS 21. Which devices get 23.2 is listed in the LineageOS wiki. More about the project on the LineageOS overview.
